今回は「コネについて考える」という内容を書きたいと思います。
ホームページの内容と少し被るかもしれませんが、とりあえず書いていきたいと思います。
「コネ」を利用する。
親のコネ、親戚のコネ、知り合いのコネ。。。
必ず「・・・の」というフレーズが付きます。
ということは、まず仕事を探している今の状況を「・・・（親、親戚、知り合い）」の人達や、その知り合いに正直に明かすことから始めなければなりません。
恥ずかしいとか、知れると体裁が悪い（恥だ）とか考えるようであれば、この方法は使えません。
まずは、ここまで書いた、プライドや、個人の体裁の問題はクリアしているという前提で考えていきます。
まず「コネになる人」について、探し方とどういう人にお願いするかについて
書きたいと思います。
「探し方」について
親にしても、親戚にしても、知り合いにしても、まず仕事の件で相談する際に必ず言われること。
「まず、何がやりたいか？」（何の仕事がしたいか？）
これが曖昧な状況では、「コネになる人」を探してくれないでしょう。
皆が考えることとして、「仕事」というのは「一回就いたら一生涯そこで従事する」ものだということ。
つまり、どんな業種でも良いから、とにかく就きたいという人に対しては親身になって対応はしてくれません。
お願いする人についても、自分で考えます。
例えば、自分が事務的な仕事をしたいのに、営業系に強い知り合いしか知らない人に相談しても希望とする事務的な仕事へつながる可能性は極めて低いと思われます。
大企業に勤めたいからといって、大企業に知り合いが多い人にお願いしても、その知り合いの大企業に勤める人が一般社員であったり、人事に対して影響力の低い人であればコネとして使えません。
では管理職、人事責任者クラスであれば？？
この回答は、ほぼほぼ「ノー」です。
ここは、企業経営の基本がわかっている人であればわかることです。
人員の採用計画については、普通、事業年度が変わる頃には既に確定しています。
それも、役員会に承認してもらい最終決定に至るまで、いくつかの過程を経ます。
それとは別のイレギュラーなタイミングで人員について決定までもっていくのは、管理職や人事責任者クラスであっても決定に至るまでは、なかなか難しいことになります。
ダメ、ダメばかり書いているので、では「コネは実現難しいのか？」と考えたくなりますが、可能性は決してなくはないです。この後、その可能性についてマル得アドバイスを書きます。
人員計画のようなことの決め方が割合に「ラフ」な企業。つまり比較的 小さな企業（中小零細企業）で、社長の一言で物事が動ける企業。それでいて、お願いする相手は社長クラス、もしくは社長に対しても影響力の人（役員、部長クラス等）。
（冗談のように聞こえるかもしれませんが、意外に「社長の奥さん」みたいな人も影響力が強い場合もあります。）
まさに社長＝企業のようなワンマンな社長の会社。組織の決定事項に至る過程が案外「ラフ」であろう中小零細企業。
それと、そう、忘れてました。自分の希望とする職種があるであろう会社。
このあたりを目安にコネとなる人を探すと良いと思います。
